How we work

  1. Introductory call We learn about your business, sector and the legal questions you face most often in Poland.
  2. Proposal We agree the scope and the fee model: a monthly retainer or a retainer with an hours cap.
  3. Ongoing support You get direct access to a lawyer who knows your company and responds quickly.
  4. Review We regularly review the scope so the service matches the needs of your business.

Foreign companies doing business in Poland need a local lawyer who understands both Polish law and the expectations of international clients. We work with you in English, explain Polish rules in plain terms and take care of matters that must be handled in Polish, such as court filings and correspondence with authorities.

We serve companies from Szczecin and the West Pomeranian region, businesses from across Poland and clients from abroad, including firms in construction, IT, manufacturing, maritime and services.

Frequently asked questions

How much do ongoing legal services cost?

We usually work on a monthly retainer. The amount depends on the number and type of matters your company typically handles and is agreed after a short call. A retainer with an hours cap, with additional work billed hourly, is also possible.

Can you work with us entirely in English?

Yes. We advise, correspond and meet in English. Proceedings before Polish courts and authorities are conducted in Polish, and we take care of that part for you.

Do we need to visit your office in Szczecin?

No. Most work can be done remotely by e-mail and video call. We are happy to meet in person in Szczecin when it is useful.
