Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients from outside Poland?

Yes. We work with companies from across Poland and with foreign clients. Our lawyers speak fluent English.

How are your fees calculated?

Ongoing services are billed as a monthly retainer, optionally with an hours cap. Individual matters are billed as a fixed fee or hourly. In court cases a success fee can be agreed. We always agree the terms before we start.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Contracts, correspondence with the other party, any court or official letters and a short timeline of events. The more complete the documents, the faster we can assess the case.
