How we work
- Case assessment We review the documents and assess the chances, the risks and the debtor’s ability to pay.
- Strategy We choose the route: a demand letter, negotiations, mediation or a lawsuit.
- Proceedings We prepare the filings and represent you before the court, reporting in English.
- Enforcement We make sure the judgment turns into real money.
Collecting a debt in another country is often seen as complicated and expensive. In practice, Polish law offers fast tools for undisputed claims, and EU procedures allow many cross-border cases to be handled efficiently. The key is to act early and to secure evidence from the start.
We represent foreign creditors against Polish companies and Polish clients in disputes with foreign partners. We report on each step in English and explain what the court requires, so you can make informed decisions.
Frequently asked questions
How long does debt collection in Poland take?
An undisputed claim backed by documents can often be resolved within a few months in payment order proceedings. A contested commercial case usually takes longer. We give you a realistic estimate after reviewing the documents.
Do I need to translate my documents into Polish?
Documents submitted to a Polish court must be in Polish. We tell you which documents need a sworn translation and arrange it for you.
Can a judgment from another EU country be enforced in Poland?
Yes. Judgments from other EU member states are generally enforceable in Poland under EU rules. We prepare the application and handle the enforcement.
