Law and technology

A genuine interest in IT shapes our work. Understanding what a software product really is and how it is built makes it easier to draft a licence agreement or to handle a dispute over copyright in a computer program.

Our team

We employ and work closely with lawyers specialising in different areas of law, as well as tax advisers, auditors, accounting firms and advisers who help secure investment financing. This allows us to support larger projects comprehensively.

We serve clients from Szczecin, from across Poland and from abroad. We advise in Polish and in English.

How I work

  • Individually: I analyse every case in the light of the client’s industry and their factual and legal situation.
  • Transparently: before starting work, I agree the scope and the fee with the client.
  • Straightforwardly: I explain the chances and the risks, including those that are unfavourable to the client.
  • In confidence: all information about the case is protected by the professional secrecy of an attorney-at-law.

Let’s talk about your case
