How we work
- Consultation We discuss your plans and recommend the right legal form for your business in Poland.
- Documents We draft the articles of association and the documents required for registration.
- Registration We file with the National Court Register and follow the case until the company is registered.
- Ongoing support We look after resolutions, meetings and changes in the register.
Company law has been at the centre of our practice since 2008. We advise foreign investors setting up in Poland, Polish companies with foreign shareholders and partners in shareholder disputes.
We explain Polish corporate rules in English and in practical terms: who signs what, which decisions require a resolution and what the management board is responsible for. This helps you avoid costly mistakes from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Can a foreigner set up a company in Poland?
Yes. Foreign individuals and companies can set up a Polish limited liability company. We guide you through the documents and the registration.
Do I need to come to Poland to set up a company?
Not always. Depending on the chosen route, many steps can be completed remotely or through a power of attorney. We will tell you what applies in your case.
Can you act as our registered address or management board?
We advise and represent the company as lawyers. Business address services and management board functions are separate matters, which we can discuss in your specific case.
